Everyone enjoys the water, biking or even exercising on Marco Island. Some of this takes place at a local fitness club but we take it a step further. Burn calories by pedaling while cruising on the Marco Island waterways. This cruise will be a one-hour cycle class with a certified Instructor, longer group exercise cruises are available. Sorry no hills but if you wish to have more of an endurance class, the captain can lower or raise the resistance and you will feel the burn!
